The “Doku.Manager” with a configuration program currently supports the preparation and processing of the following types of documentation:
Further types of documentation are also possible. For each type of documentation there is a separate program interface – structure and method being very similar.
The plausibility checked documents are exported to the Federal ASHIP or to the Central Institute of the Federal ASHIP and separately to the ASHIP in varying formats (.xml, .zip). In this way the data is available for further processing (e.g. KVnet).
The advantages of gradient’s “eDokumentation” are, above all, the electronic testing process and the central data administration, allowing data exchange for statistical purposes, for example.
